    The road gets a website

This site is the first milestone of the website plan: a split-world 3D hero, a faction system that actually re-lights the page, the fighter codex, arena dioramas, the trailer theater and a matchup builder that exports real artwork.

Community voting is local to your device for now. A shared tally needs a backend with abuse protection, and we would rather show no number than a fake one.

    Thirty seconds at a time

Two 30-second Seedance 2.5 passes came back: Part 1 (the arrival) and Part 3 (the final showdown). Option B of Part 3 got the nod, a silent picture master was cut, and an American-English boxing-announcer narration was recorded separately.

Lesson learned the expensive way: generated speech is not trustworthy for language. Picture first, voices and music recorded on their own.

Building the game, on paper first

The fighting game has a full implementation spec: eight fighters, a fixed 60 Hz combat simulation, frame data for every move, Yellow Brick Power, three arenas, arcade, versus, training and a promo studio that captures real gameplay.

Phase 2 is playable on this site: all eight fighters, 33 moves each, with arcade, CPU, local versus and training. The fighters are painted pose sheets, not final art. Everything else here that looks like a game screen is labeled as concept art.

    Nine style sheets

Both Dorothys, both Scarecrows, both Tin Men, both Lions and Toto each got a full design sheet: turnaround, expressions, costume details and palette. They are the canonical reference for every pose on this site.

The Wiz Scarecrow took the most rounds. His smiling face, round dark nose, huge black hair and striped plush sleeves were corrected until they matched the reference.

    Thirteen scenes, ninety seconds

The story became a 90-second trailer in 13 scenes across three storyboard pages, from the storm that splits the road to the voice in the sky asking which movie was actually better.

    It started with a T-shirt

The whole thing began as a shirt: the Dorothy from The Wiz facing the Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, crews cheering behind them. Then came the vintage boxing-bill versions, ten print variations, black and white mockups and a press-conference face-off.
